“Any child should have the chance to develop his or her educational & cultural knowledge, no matter if they are healthy or chronically ill”

Hans van Goudoever – Director Emma Children’s hospital, Amsterdam

Bringing VR to the people means we need to think about all the different audiences which we could reach and serve, because we have a unique opportunity to make lives better and give people a great experience. One project which we are working on is very dear to our hearts: the Gilat Foundation.

Named after Gilat Eisenmann, the foundation was started in 2009, to bring joy, distraction and relaxation to children, who are in the hospital for longer periods of time. Its method is mainly to bring theatre to the kids with their own mascottes (Max & Jet) and kids shows & visits by famous Dutch personalities, tailored especially to children.

We are proud to be planning a great addition to this program, bringing Dutch old master paintings to the children in their hospitals, starting in 2019!

Stay tuned…
